Microsoft Calls For A Digital Geneva Convention While The UK is calling for a Digital Police State

May 25, 2017

In today's episode of Red River TV, we look at Microsoft's call for a Digital Geneva Convention. The calls came a few months ago at the RSA tech conference in San Francisco. We contrast those statements with the recent manifesto issued by Theresa May's and her party calling for a digital police state. The tech industry may be willing to have a responsible conversation about online security, but nation states only appear to want control.
